MyMusicMysterio

A role-based ecosystem where editors, artists, and listeners each get their own workflow.

MyMusicMysterio

The Challenge

A music discovery platform needed to serve three very different user types — content editors, artists, and listeners — from one system, without collapsing their distinct workflows into a generic one-size-fits-all interface.

The Approach

We built a full-stack music ecosystem with role-based access control for Editors, Artists, and Viewers, secure REST APIs, and album/track management with computed fields like runtime, genre tagging, and streaming insights. Editors curate catalogs through metadata-rich workflows, artists manage discographies, and listeners explore through a responsive, animation-rich interface — all on a PostgreSQL backend designed for future analytics and monetization.

Key Capabilities

Role-based access control (Editor / Artist / Viewer)
Metadata-rich catalog curation workflows
Computed track/album fields (runtime, genre, streaming insights)
Secure REST API architecture
PostgreSQL schema designed for analytics & monetization expansion
