The Challenge
NutriFlex started as a fitness tracker idea. Inconsistent device readings, missing macro data, and conflicting health goals made simple tracking unreliable — the client needed a system that unified fitness, nutrition, and clinical intelligence into one platform for both everyday users and the healthcare providers monitoring them.
The Approach
We built a LangChain-powered pipeline that ingests IoT wearable data (Fitbit and other devices), runs dietary analysis, and surfaces personalized recommendations in real time through an AI Coach chatbot. Plans adjust dynamically as biometric data and user progress change. For healthcare providers, a HIPAA-compliant clinical dashboard exposes patient compliance, medical pattern analysis, and remote insight into conditions like glucose levels, blood pressure, and cardiovascular health.
