The Challenge

Job seekers and recruiters both needed a faster way to surface relevant roles than manually checking LinkedIn — recruiters wanted market visibility, seekers wanted precise filtering, and neither had it in one place.

The Approach

We built a platform that uses Selenium-powered automation to scrape LinkedIn job postings, structures the data through Flask + SQLAlchemy APIs, and exposes it through responsive React interfaces. Recruiters get dashboards with aggregated statistics and platform health checks, while job seekers get advanced filters for location, company, tech stack, seniority, and job type. Priority scraping pipelines ensure in-demand roles are captured first.
