The Challenge
Outbound sales teams needed a calling platform that could actually place AI-driven calls, keep CRM records in sync automatically, and give managers real dashboards — not just a script reader bolted onto a phone line.
The Approach
Starting with end-to-end Figma UI/UX design, we built a React frontend with motion-driven micro-interactions and fully responsive, mobile-first layouts. The backend, deployed on Render with Django REST Framework, manages secure JWT authentication, orchestrates AI calls via ElevenLabs, syncs with HubSpot CRM, and automates communications via Mailgun, with real-time auto-sync keeping call statuses accurate.
